We are Gold Coast based licensed General Builders and Project Managers with over 30 years’ construction experience across most facets of the industry and our technical abilities combined with our ability and desire to "think outside the box" allows us to effectively deliver our projects in line with your expectations. We can provide either General Building or Project Management Services. It’s one or the other to avoid a potential conflict of interest.
We have body corporate/strata and management rights real life knowledge so we understand the complexities of dealing with repairs, rectification and remedial works in a strata community.
